Pluff Mud is our traditional Coffee roast for the perfect very low acidic cup of coffee. Feel free to enjoy a traditional full bodied roast that is not burnt like traditional roasters!

All bags are home roasted in small batches for consistent flavor
We source our beans from a fourth generation, single estate farmer in Nicaragua. The beans are strictly high grown under shaded trees, for 8 months at 4,000 FASL (Feet Above Sea Level). They are harvested by hand, wet milled and fermented for 36 hours before being naturally dried. The moisture content before roasting remains between 11-12%. Our beans are sourced with 5 or less defects and effectively no major defects per 300 grams, allowing a bold, smooth, low acidic cup of coffee.
