Pluff Mud - El Salvador

Pluff Mud is our traditional Coffee roast for the perfect very low acidic cup of coffee. Feel free to enjoy a traditional full bodied roast that is not burnt like traditional roasters! 

This exceptional green coffee hails from Santa Ana, El Salvador, a region renowned for its rich volcanic soil and ideal climate—perfect for cultivating high-quality Arabica beans. Grown by smallholders at elevations between 1,100 and 1,600 meters, this Strictly High Grown (SHG) coffee features the Bourbon and Pacas varieties, prized for their flavor and complexity. The beans are washed-processed and harvested between December and March, resulting in a smooth, well-balanced cup with notes of cocoa, dried fruit, and nuttiness, complemented by medium acidity and a rich body.
